So, which fruits are the best sources of vitamin C?
The fruits listed below have the greatest vitamin C content per volume.
The vitamin values are for one cup.

According to the data shown above, many fruits contain much more vitamin C than others.
Guavas, for example, contain roughly four times the vitamin C content of oranges.
